About the archive
Every generation repeats the same mistakes because the people who made them stayed quiet. This is a public record of what going wrong actually costs — written by the people it happened to, free to read for everyone else.
What gets published
A real mistake, what it cost in money, time or people, and what you'd do differently. Advice without a story behind it gets rejected. So does anything aimed at someone else.
How moderation works
Every submission is read by an automated check before it goes live. Anything that looks like it names a private person, exposes personal data, or promotes something goes to a human moderator instead of straight to the archive. The check runs on our side — it can't be skipped from the form.
Anonymity
You choose how you appear: anonymous, first name, or full name. Your email is only used to reach you about your own submission, and you can delete anything you published from your profile.
The €5 and the €1,000,000 challenge
Publishing costs €5. You're not buying attention — the fee keeps the archive readable without ads and filters out noise. Every contribution moves the counter toward one million euros of collective lessons.
